Welcome to our manufacturer warranty portal! This page is set up to help you connect with the manufacturer of your parts when you have an issue that is the result of a manufacturing defect. This page is NOT for general returns (ex. ordered wrong part). Head to our Returns Center if you are looking to initiate a return.
While we do help you connect with and facilitate your warranty claims with the manufacturer, the decision whether to accept your claim and replace the part is the decision of the manufacturer, not Coilover Depot.
Scroll down this page to find the manufacturer of your part and click on the 'More Info' button. That will take you to a page with a full description of their warranty policy and a contact form that will allow you to enter your name, order number, photos of the defective part, etc.
NOTE: Some brands may be included under their parent company (KSport & Voodoo 13, TruHart & D2 Racing, etc.)
Megan Racing products are warrantied against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase.
In the event your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, click the button below to fill out a contact form as soon as possible. Do not attempt to use or install the product while they review your claim. All defective or shipping damage claims must be reviewed by BC Racing's tech department to confirm the damage is not a result of an improper installation attempt or abuse. If a shipping courier (UPS, USPS, etc) caused the damage, they will begin a damage claim with that courier.
For a period of 5 Years, Silver's will cover Hard Parts on the coilovers. Hard Parts are defined as: Upper and Lower Mounts, Top Hats, Camber Plates, Collars, Spring Seats, Spring Perches, and Hardware.
For a period of 2 Years, Silver's will cover Consumable Parts on the coilovers. Consumable Parts are defined as: Pillow Balls, Radial Bearings, Shocks, and Springs.
Ksport includes Voodoo 13 products
Ksport warrants the shock absorbers and steering stabilizers to the original retail consumer against defects and workmanship for 12 months from the original purchase date when used on light truck and car applications under normal operating conditions. This warranty does not apply to shocks and steering stabilizers that have been improperly installed.
Godspeed Project currently provides one (1) year limited warranty from purchase date on all Godspeed Project products, unless otherwise noted. Warranty is only VALID for United States customers. Warranty ARE NOT transferable, original proof of purchase required for any warranty claims.
Truhart includes D2 Racing and Vera products
Most Truhart products are covered by a lifetime structural warranty and a 2-5 year wear and tear warranty. Air suspension management is covered by a one (1) year warranty. Click more info for a full breakdown of each parts warranty coverage.
Fortune Auto North American products are covered by a1 year limited manufacturers (non-transferable) warranty (from purchase date). This limited warranty covers parts and products that are only used in off road use or Motorsport environments. This limited warranty covers hard parts such as mounts and shock bodies. It also covers consumable parts such as seals, shafts, fluids and leaking shocks. This warranty is limited to the United States and Canada.
Riaction USA includes Five8 Industries products
All Riaction USA products covered under warranty must be purchased NEW. Warranty is not transferrable between owners. Warranty will only cover parts found to be defective due to workmanship or manufacturer defects. Warranty will not cover parts that are worn from normal wear and tear, neglect, or modified use.
